Copyright and content removal
Superesource exists to help creators discover exceptional digital resources while respecting the rights of creators, businesses, and intellectual property owners.
We take copyright, ownership, attribution, and accuracy seriously.
If you believe a listing on Superesource infringes your rights, contains inaccurate information, or should otherwise be reviewed, this page explains how to contact us and what happens next.
Our Approach
Superesource is an editorial discovery platform. We do not claim ownership of third-party websites, products, logos, trademarks, or brands featured on the Platform. Listings are published to help users discover useful digital resources through editorial curation and community recommendations. Whenever concerns are raised, we review them carefully and act in good faith.
What Can Be Reported?
You may contact us if you believe a listing involves:
copyright infringement
trademark concerns
inaccurate information
incorrect creator attribution
unauthorized use of your original work
impersonation
outdated screenshots
broken or incorrect URLs
ownership disputes
any other issue requiring editorial review
Who Can Request Changes?
We generally process requests from:
the resource owner
the original creator
an authorized representative
a legal representative
a person whose original work has been credited incorrectly
For general suggestions or corrections, anyone may contact us through the Query Form.
Reporting a Listing
If you would like us to review a listing, please use the Query Form available on Superesource or contact us via email.
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
the resource URL
the Superesource listing (if available)
the reason for your request
any supporting information
proof of ownership where applicable
Providing complete information helps us review requests more efficiently.
Our Review Process
Every request is reviewed manually.
Depending on the situation, we may:
request additional information
verify ownership
research the issue
contact the original submitter (where appropriate)
temporarily hide a listing while reviewing it
update the listing
replace a screenshot
remove a listing
decline the request if sufficient evidence is not provided
Each case is reviewed individually.
Third-Party Resources
Many listings on Superesource represent websites, products, or services created by independent third parties. A recommendation or listing does not transfer ownership of those resources to Superesource. Likewise, editorial inclusion should not be interpreted as an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation. If the rightful owner requests a correction or removal, we will review the request in good faith.
Website Screenshots
Many listings include manually captured screenshots of publicly accessible websites. These screenshots are displayed solely for editorial identification and resource discovery. They are not intended to reproduce or replace the original website. All intellectual property rights relating to the featured website including its design, branding, logos, interface, and content remain with their respective owners. If a website owner believes a screenshot should be updated or removed, they may contact us for review.
Surprise Site Preview
Some listings may display a custom "Surprise Site" illustration instead of a website screenshot. This illustration is an original Superesource design intended to encourage exploration while keeping the actual website preview hidden. The illustration does not represent the design or appearance of the featured website.
Creator Attribution
Verified Original Work may include creator attribution within the listing.
If you believe:
the wrong creator has been credited
attribution is missing
someone falsely claimed ownership of your work
please contact us with supporting information.
Where appropriate, we may update, remove, or correct the attribution after review.
Updating Existing Listings
As resources evolve, listings may require updates.
These updates may include:
replacing outdated screenshots
updating URLs
correcting information
adjusting badges
updating categories
revising creator attribution
Verified creators may also request updates to their own listings. Some update requests may involve a service fee, which will always be communicated before any work begins.
Removing Listings
If you are the rightful owner of a featured resource and would like your listing removed, you may submit a removal request. Each request is reviewed individually. Where ownership is reasonably verified and there are no overriding legal or editorial reasons to retain the listing, we will generally remove it.
Removal requests are free of charge.
False or Misleading Claims
Submitting false ownership claims, misleading information, forged documents, or fraudulent requests may result in:
rejection of the request
removal of existing listings
refusal of future submissions
suspension of commercial relationships where applicable
We reserve the right to request additional verification whenever necessary.
Good-Faith Resolution
We believe most issues can be resolved through respectful communication. Before pursuing formal legal action, we encourage creators, businesses, and rights holders to contact us directly so we can review the matter and, where appropriate, resolve it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update it to reflect:
legal developments
editorial improvements
new Platform features
operational changes
improved reporting processes
The latest version will always be available on this page.
