Terms of use

Welcome to Superesource.

These Terms of use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Superesource, including our website, resource listings, submission forms, sponsorship opportunities, newsletters, and any current or future services we provide (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using Superesource, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using the Platform.

These Terms apply to every visitor, contributor, creator, sponsor, advertiser, and anyone who interacts with Superesource.

  1. Our Philosophy

Superesource exists to make discovering exceptional digital resources easier.

The internet already contains incredible websites, tools, products, inspiration, portfolios, agencies, and educational resources. Unfortunately, discovering them often requires endless searching, bookmarking, and filtering.

    Our goal is simple:

Help creators spend less time searching and more time building. Everything we publish, review, organize, or recommend is guided by that principle.

  2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

Platform refers to Superesource, including its website, listings, submission forms, services, and future features.

Listing refers to any published resource appearing on Superesource.

Submission refers to any information, website, resource, recommendation, original work, or material submitted through Superesource.

Original Work refers to any project, product, website, application, portfolio, design, or other content that the submitting person or organization confirms they created or own.

Creator refers to the verified individual or organization credited for Original Work published on Superesource.

Paid Placement refers to advertisements, sponsored listings, premium positioning, subscriptions, or any other paid promotional service offered by Superesource.

Editorial Team refers to Superesource or anyone acting on our behalf responsible for reviewing, organizing, categorizing, publishing, or managing listings.

  3. About the Platform

Superesource is an independently operated editorial discovery platform built for designers, developers, product managers, founders, and digital creators.

Rather than automatically collecting information from across the internet, we rely on thoughtful human curation and community submissions to build a high-quality collection of digital resources.

    Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Superesource:

    • does not own the third-party resources featured on the Platform

    • does not represent the organizations behind those resources

    • is not affiliated with those organizations

    • does not guarantee their products or services

Our role is to help people discover useful resources - not to operate or manage them.

  4. Eligibility

You may access and use Superesource only if doing so complies with the laws applicable to you.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

    • the information you provide is accurate and truthful

    • you have the authority to submit information where required

    • your use of the Platform does not violate any applicable laws

    • you agree to comply with these Terms

If you use Superesource on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  5. Editorial Principles

Superesource is built around thoughtful editorial curation. Unlike automated directories, every listing, badge, screenshot, category, creator attribution, recommendation, and promotional placement is reviewed using our own editorial standards.

    Our editorial process may include:

    • reviewing submissions

    • researching resources

    • verifying creator claims

    • assigning badges

    • updating categories

    • improving listing information

    • replacing screenshots

    • removing duplicate listings

    • reorganizing content

    • highlighting exceptional resources

Editorial decisions are based on our internal standards and reasonable editorial judgment. These decisions may change as the Platform evolves.

Publication on Superesource should never be interpreted as:

    • a certification

    • an endorsement

    • a guarantee of quality

    • a partnership

    • an investment recommendation

    • legal approval

    • technical verification

Similarly, the absence or removal of a listing does not imply any negative opinion regarding that resource.

  6. How Listings Work

Listings published on Superesource may contain information such as:

    • resource name

    • website URL

    • manually captured website screenshots

    • editorial badges

    • creator attribution (where applicable)

    • categories

    • other editorial information intended to improve discovery

As resources evolve, listings may also evolve.

We may improve, update, reorganize, recategorize, or remove listings whenever appropriate to maintain the quality and usefulness of the Platform.

  7. Community Submissions

One of Superesource's core goals is to encourage the discovery of great work. Anyone may submit resources through our official submission form. Community submissions are free unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Submitting a resource does not guarantee:

    • publication

    • review within a specific timeframe

    • editorial recommendation

    • featured placement

    • permanent availability

    • creator attribution

Every submission is independently evaluated against our editorial standards.

    We may:

    • accept it

    • reject it

    • postpone publication

    • request additional information

    • edit listing information

    • reorganize the listing

    • remove it in the future

We are not required to explain why a submission was accepted or declined. Duplicate submissions may be ignored without notice and do not create any entitlement to publication or attribution. We encourage submissions because they help grow the Platform - but quality will always take priority over quantity.

  8. Original Work & Creator Attribution

Creators may submit work they personally created.

This includes, but is not limited to:

    • websites

    • applications

    • design projects

    • portfolios

    • digital products

    • development resources

    • educational resources

    • open projects

    • other original creations

If you submit Original Work, you confirm that:

    • you created the work, or

    • you own the necessary rights to submit it

To maintain authenticity, we may request additional information before publishing or crediting Original Work. Where ownership is successfully verified, we may display the creator's name within the listing as editorial attribution. Creator attribution is provided as a courtesy to recognize verified creators.

It should not be interpreted as:

    • endorsement

    • partnership

    • employment

    • certification

    • verification beyond our editorial review

Providing false ownership information may result in rejection or removal of a listing.

At launch, creator submissions are reviewed without charge. Superesource may introduce paid creator features in the future. Any applicable pricing or fees will always be communicated before purchase. Optional paid creator features, if introduced in the future, will apply only to verified Original Work submitted by its creator or authorized owner. Third-party resource recommendations submitted by the community will continue to be accepted free of charge and will never require payment for consideration.

Creators may request updates or removal of their verified listings by contacting us through our official support channels. Certain update requests may be subject to service fees, which will always be communicated before any work begins.

  9. Editorial Badges & Classifications

To make discovering resources faster and more meaningful, Superesource organizes listings using editorial badges and classifications.

Badges help users quickly understand the purpose, audience, or characteristics of a resource.

Current badges include, but are not limited to:

    • SUPER - Super

    • FRSH - Fresh

    • DSGNR - Designer

    • DVLPR - Developer

    • PM - Product Manager

    • INSPRTN - Inspiration

    • RSRC - Resource

    • TOOL - Tool

    • BRNDNG - Branding

    • AGNCY - Agency

    • PRTFL - Portfolio

    • PRDCTVTY - Productivity

    • MCKP - Mockup

    • ICN - Icon

    • FNT - Font

    • CLR - Color

    • AD - Advertisement

    • SPNSR - Sponsor

Additional badges, categories, abbreviations, or classifications may be introduced, modified, renamed, merged, or retired as Superesource evolves. Badges are editorial classifications only.

They are intended to improve discovery and browsing experience and should not be interpreted as:

    • certifications

    • rankings

    • awards

    • endorsements

    • legal approvals

    • technical verification

    • quality guarantees

Badges may be added, removed, or updated whenever our editorial review determines that a different classification better represents the resource.

  10. The SUPER Badge

The SUPER badge is Superesource's highest editorial distinction.

It is reserved for resources that we believe demonstrate exceptional usefulness, quality, craftsmanship, originality, experience, or long-term value for creators.

    SUPER is intentionally exclusive.

    It cannot be:

    • purchased

    • sponsored

    • requested

    • negotiated

    • guaranteed

Receiving a SUPER badge does not create any ongoing entitlement.

Editorial standards evolve, and resources evolve with them. For this reason, a SUPER badge may be added or removed whenever our editorial review considers it appropriate. Commercial relationships never influence SUPER eligibility.

  11. The FRSH Badge

The FRSH badge highlights recently created digital resources that remain modern, relevant, and well executed.

At the time of publication, FRSH generally applies to resources launched within approximately the previous three years, based on our editorial assessment. Because freshness naturally changes over time, the badge is temporary.

FRSH badges are routinely reviewed and may be removed without affecting any other classification assigned to the listing.

  12. Sponsored Listings & Advertisements

Superesource may offer paid promotional opportunities through advertisements and sponsored listings. Every paid placement is clearly disclosed using the appropriate editorial badge.

Paid listings are designed to remain visually consistent with the overall browsing experience while remaining transparent about their promotional nature.

    Purchasing a placement never guarantees:

    • publication

    • approval

    • editorial recommendation

    • SUPER eligibility

    • permanent visibility

    • preferential categorization

All sponsorships remain subject to our editorial review.

We reserve the right to refuse, decline, remove, postpone, or discontinue any commercial relationship that does not align with our editorial standards, community expectations, legal obligations, or business objectives. We are not obligated to publicly disclose the reasons behind these decisions.

  13. Advertisement & Sponsorship Placement

To support the continued operation of Superesource, certain areas of the Platform may contain advertisements and sponsored listings.

The first two rows of listings may include:

    • editorial resources

    • sponsored listings

    • advertisements

    • featured placements

Paid placements may temporarily affect the ordering of nearby listings. However, editorial recommendations remain independent of commercial relationships.

Advertisements may include custom creative assets provided by advertisers.

Sponsored listings are presented using Superesource's own editorial card design.

Placement availability, duration, positioning, pricing, renewals, and subscription options may change over time.

  14. Commercial Services

Some features of Superesource require payment.

    These may include:

    • advertisements

    • sponsored listings

    • premium positioning

    • recurring promotional subscriptions

    • creator features

    • future commercial offerings

Each commercial service is governed by the pricing, duration, scope, and conditions communicated at the time of purchase. Unless required by applicable law, payments become non-refundable once the purchased service has been delivered. Future pricing may change without affecting purchases already completed.

  15. Listing Updates & Commercial Changes

Verified creators may request updates to listings that represent their Original Work. Advertisers and sponsors may also request modifications to their active campaigns. Where applicable, update requests may incur service fees. The applicable fee will always be communicated before work begins. Removal requests for sponsored placements or advertisements may be submitted at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, removing a paid placement does not automatically entitle the purchaser to a refund.

  16. Third-Party Resources

Most resources featured on Superesource belong to independent third parties.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Superesource does not:

    • own those resources

    • operate those resources

    • represent those organizations

    • maintain those products

    • guarantee their availability

Users access third-party websites entirely at their own discretion. We encourage users to review the terms, privacy practices, and policies of any external website they choose to visit.

  17. Screenshots & Visual Previews

Many listings include manually captured website screenshots to help users recognize and discover resources more easily.

Some listings may instead display a custom Superesource illustration, such as the "Surprise Site" preview, as part of the browsing experience. These visuals are provided solely for editorial identification and discovery.

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, product names, website designs, interface designs, screenshots, and other intellectual property displayed within those previews remain the property of their respective owners. Superesource does not claim ownership over third-party visual assets appearing within editorial previews.

Screenshots may be replaced, updated, or removed as featured resources evolve.

  18. Intellectual Property

Superesource owns all original intellectual property relating to the Platform, including but not limited to:

    • the Superesource name and branding

    • original written content

    • original illustrations

    • original graphics

    • badge designs

    • editorial systems

    • page layouts

    • interface design

    • original visual assets

    • custom icons

    • original documentation

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, modified, republished, or commercially exploited without our prior written permission. Nothing within these Terms transfers ownership of Superesource intellectual property to any visitor or user.

Third-party intellectual property remains the property of its respective owners.

  19. Copyright, Corrections & Content Removal

We respect the intellectual property rights of creators, businesses, and website owners. If you believe that a listing contains inaccurate information, infringes your rights, or should otherwise be reviewed, you may contact us using our official contact channels.

Depending on the circumstances, we may:

    • request additional information

    • verify ownership

    • review supporting evidence

    • update listing information

    • replace screenshots

    • correct inaccuracies

    • temporarily disable a listing

    • permanently remove a listing

We review every legitimate request individually. Submitting a request does not automatically result in modification or removal.

Whenever reasonably possible, we encourage communication before formal legal action so that concerns can be reviewed and resolved promptly.

  20. Accuracy of Information

We work hard to ensure that the information published on Superesource is accurate, useful, and up to date. However, the internet evolves constantly. Websites are redesigned, products are discontinued, companies rebrand, links change, and information becomes outdated.

As a result, we cannot guarantee that every listing, screenshot, badge, category, URL, or external resource will always remain accurate, complete, or current. We regularly review and improve the Platform, but some information may become outdated before we have an opportunity to update it.

If you notice inaccurate information, we encourage you to let us know through our official contact channels or through the query form.

  21. Platform Availability

We aim to keep Superesource available whenever you need it. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

The Platform may occasionally become unavailable due to:

    • maintenance

    • infrastructure upgrades

    • software updates

    • technical issues

    • third-party service interruptions

    • security improvements

    • unexpected outages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. While we always strive to minimize disruptions, temporary downtime does not create any entitlement to compensation.

  22. External Links

Superesource exists to help users discover resources across the internet. Many listings link to third-party websites that are independently operated.

Once you leave Superesource, your interaction with those websites is governed entirely by their own terms, privacy policies, and business practices.

    We are not responsible for:

    • external content

    • products

    • services

    • security

    • availability

    • pricing

    • policies

    • business practices

    • user experiences on third-party websites

Accessing external resources is entirely your own decision.

  23. Acceptable Use

We want Superesource to remain useful, respectful, and trustworthy for everyone.

You agree not to misuse the Platform by:

    • submitting misleading information

    • falsely claiming ownership of work

    • impersonating individuals or organizations

    • submitting spam or malicious content

    • interfering with Platform operations

    • attempting unauthorized access to our systems

    • scraping or systematically copying substantial portions of the Platform without permission

    • introducing malicious software or harmful code

    • abusing submission forms

    • attempting to manipulate editorial decisions

    • violating applicable laws or third-party rights

We reserve the right to reject submissions, remove listings, refuse commercial relationships, or restrict access where misuse is identified.

  24. Platform Evolution

As we continue improving the experience, we may introduce, modify, replace, pause, or discontinue features, including but not limited to:

    • newsletters

    • creator tools

    • paid creator features

    • recurring subscriptions

    • collections

    • likes

    • saved resources

    • user accounts

    • search functionality

    • analytics

    • AI-assisted features

    • additional badges

    • new editorial systems

    • other products or services

Some future features may be governed by additional policies or supplemental terms.

  25. Analytics & Communications

To understand how Superesource is used and improve the Platform, we may use privacy-friendly analytics services, including Google Analytics, Framer Analytics, and similar services introduced in the future. These services help us understand aggregated usage patterns, identify areas for improvement, and measure overall Platform performance.

We may also introduce newsletters, product updates, announcements, and other optional communications.

Receiving promotional communications will always remain optional where required by applicable law, and users will be able to unsubscribe using the methods provided.

More information about data collection and communications is available in our Privacy Policy.

  26. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we strive to provide a reliable, carefully curated experience, Superesource is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees that:

    • every listing will remain available

    • every external website will continue operating

    • every resource will remain free or unchanged

    • every submission will be reviewed within a particular timeframe

    • every recommendation will suit your individual needs

    • the Platform will always operate without interruptions, bugs, or technical issues

Your use of Superesource is entirely at your own discretion and risk.

  27. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Superesource, its owner, contributors, contractors, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to:

    • your use of the Platform

    • reliance on Platform content

    • Platform interruptions

    • technical failures

    • data loss

    • business interruption

    • loss of revenue

    • loss of profits

    • loss of opportunities

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

  28. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Superesource, its owner, contributors, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or reasonable legal expenses arising from:

    • your use of the Platform

    • your submissions

    • your advertisements

    • your sponsorships

    • false ownership claims

    • infringement of another person's rights

    • violations of these Terms

    • unlawful conduct connected with your use of Superesource

  29. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, refuse, or terminate access to any feature, listing, submission, sponsorship, advertisement, or other service where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or where continued participation is no longer appropriate.

Termination of a specific service does not necessarily affect access to publicly available areas of the Platform.

  30. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Superesource shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that users may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

  31. Changes to These Terms

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Submission Guidelines, Copyright & Content Removal Policy, Sponsorship & Advertising Policy, Editorial Principles, and any additional policies published by Superesource, constitute the complete agreement governing your use of the Platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights available to us.

Thank you for being part of Superesource. We're excited to keep building it with the community.
